Wrapping a flower box with felt made from real virgin sheep's wool is a great way to be environmentally conscious and reduce your ecological footprint. Old flower boxes don't have to be thrown away, because you can creatively embellish them with felt to make them look brand new again.

Here, for example, we have opted for a combination of our STYLIT sheep's wool felt "Klausi" and a STYLIT woollen cord "wicking thread"in bright yellow colours.

Yolk yellow is a warm, friendly colour that creates a positive, inviting atmosphere. It conveys a feeling of joie de vivre and optimism and is perfect for creating a cosy living room or balcony. In combination with the rich, strong Curry yellow On the other hand, you create a strong, positive mood.

And the best thing: Felt and cord are colourfast and water-resistantso that sun and wind can hardly harm them and the products can also be used perfectly outdoors.

Step by step

Step 1:
Attach felt
First, cut your "Klausi" sheep's wool felt to the right size in the colour of your choice. Simply wrap it once around the flower box and let the ends overlap by about 1.5-2 cm. At this point, staple the ends together with the stapler.

Step 2:
Embellish

Now it's time to embellish with the "wick thread" woollen cord. Tie it around your flower box at regular intervals. You can hide the knots between the flowers. The thread gives your flower box structure and an exciting look.

Step 3:
Place
Once you're happy with your floral artwork, it's time to find the right place for it. Your box will definitely be a colourful eye-catcher, no matter where you place it.
