Step by step
Step 1:
Wrap wires
Firstly, take the rod wires and carefully wrap them with the green woollen cord. Start at the top end of the wire and work your way down in a spiral. Make sure to wrap the cord tightly so that it holds securely and there are no gaps. Repeat this process a total of 16 times so that you end up with 16 evenly wrapped rod wires.
Step 2:
Fix with the winding wire
Now take all the wrapped rod wires and lay them carefully next to each other so that they form an even bundle. Wrap the wire tightly around the bottom end of the rod wires several times to ensure that they are held together firmly. Make sure that the bundle remains firm and compact so that it provides the necessary stability for the flower arrangement.
Step 3:
Bend wires outwards
Now bend the wires outwards, leaving six wires in the centre for the time being. Make sure to distribute the wires evenly to create a symmetrical shape.
Step 4:
Moulds
Now form a flower shape from the wires. Make sure that the shape looks even and harmonious. Once you have created the desired flower shape, carefully wrap the wick thread around the wire structures. This provides a stable base to which the flowers can then be securely attached.
Step 5:
Fill up with flowers
Finish off your creation with flowers in different shades of red, purple and violet to pick up on the mood of the "Sense". Don't place the plants too close together so that the airy look of the "wire flower" is not lost!
