Exotic flower arrangement

The exotic flower arrangement in the eye-catching DIVERSITY trend immediately attracts attention. The colourful carpet of flowers is easy to integrate thanks to the construction of the "Organic" felt ribbon and the "Rauris" cord with wire. The substructure offers countless design options. In the video, Anja shows how to make this attractive and unusual arrangement.

Colours & materials

The powerful colour palette 1 of the DIVERSITY trends radiates a Energetic mood and offers a wide range of possibilities, combine vibrant colours and creative shapes. Eye-catching and sometimes garish colours, familiar from the gaming industry, can be found in cords, felts, plants and decorative products.

Anja uses the DIVERSITY 1 Trendbox cheerful mint green cord with wire "Rauris" and continues to work in shades of green: the jade green felt ribbon "Crushed" and the two-coloured Felt ribbon "Organic" in lime green and lemon yellow together with the greenery of the cut flowers provide Exciting green transitions.

DIVERSITY 1 stands out with its colour: Anja uses exotic, colourful plants such as Delphinium, gloriosa, anthuriums, protea, orchids, berry branches, alliums and grasses - they all add a splash of colour. Flower shapes and petals are different and asymmetrical, in the spirit of DIVERSITY.

Impressions

Floating carpet of flowers
The flower arrangement combines angular, round and ornate elements. The basic framework of STYLIT wool cords and felt ribbons lends shape and stability. This airy composition offers space for stylish arrangements of cut flowers and adds extra colour to the exotic arrangement.

Base frame made of STYLIT wool

Anja begins the basic structure with loose air stitches from the "Rauris" woollen cord, which she drapes around the four split bars. The inner wires of the cord allow flexible shaping and also provide stability. Turquoise and green woollen ribbons are worked into the "Rauris" bow shape and give the structure fullness.

Free space for flowers

The airy wool base construction makes it easy to work with the cut flowers. These can simply be pulled through the open spaces in the felt. The wool also creates a fascinating contrast to flowers such as delphiniums, anthuriums, berries and more.
